2m2w
I want to remember that this is when vincent starts to get fun. He likes to play, abs he doesn't cry randomly. He used to want to be rocked, walked, and held a certain way. He only gets mad when we put him to sleep when he doesn't want to and when he is hungry.
Vincent is mad at grandma?
Grandmahas been waking up every night for every diaper change. Two nights ago, before her dmv hearing, she skipped out on all of them but one. I also managed to get Vincent to stay quiet. The entire night went undetected.
The next day, however, Vincent disapproved at everything grandma does. He cried after his shower, when held by grandma, when his diaper was changed by grandma, etc.
It was all a joke but my mom believes it. Haha.

Boo boo's
New parent injury counter! I'm glad newborns are meant to survive new parents. Watching the episode on Modern Family about Lily's accidental head bump makes me feel better. I've been worrying about Rob this entire time; who would've know that it's myself that I need to worry about.
When Vincent was just a few weeks old, I dropped my cell phone on him while pointing it to the TV to control the channel. Ouch! He cried, it looked a little red but he healed quickly.
Just a few days ago, I clipped his left thumb while trying to flip his nails half asleep, without glasses and in the dimmer light. I remember clipping it hard thinking it was a stubborn nail until he shrieked in pain. It bled and bled. Two days later it is still red! Rob says thankfully it's his left hand to make me feel better but that only made me feel worse thinking that it can tie into his motor skills.
Of course, this list continues. My mom clipped his left index in an attempt to clip his nails while he sleeps. *sigh* I can't even be mad.
2 months
Vince is two months old just a few days ago. Rob has found a new way to bond with Vincent through reading. Vincent's attention span is strong and sat through a story, a song, and abc flash cards lasting 15 minutes each.
We were all amazed. It can be argued that it is the bright backlit iPad but his attention is undeniable. I'm so thankful that I caught this on video. The interactive ebook we used was Pookie and Tushka. Of course, Rob mispronounced it as Tsuka. Oh Rob.
